Craft School Instruction and Demonstrations
Each year I travel to teach hands-on classes at craft schools around the country. These are great opportunities for students to learn new techniques and brush up their turning skills. Each class forms it's own culture where students learn from each other as well as the instructor. I've never taught a class where I haven't brought home some new skill or idea . Classes generally run from Monday through Friday and have anywhere from 8 to 15 students. Contact the schools directly for details.
I also do wood turning demonstrations for clubs and organizations. I've demonstrated at many major symposiums in the U.S. and in England, Ireland & New Zealand. I've also been part of several regional mini-symposiums. In the last few years, organizations have been bringing me to their area to do a one day demonstration followed by two or three days of hands-on classes for a small group of local woodturners. Please
